It takes place on the third Sunday of January each year.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihrc.org.uk\/activities\/events\/19272-genocide-memorial-day-2019\/\">London<\/a> the theme is <em>\u2018Genocide as a tool for colonialism\u2019. <\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Venue: \u00a0Sunday, 20 January 2019 from 12pm \u2013 4pm, P21 Gallery,\u00a021 Chalton St, Kings Cross, London NW1 1JD.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <a href=\"https:\/\/bruxelles-panthere.thefreecat.org\/?p=4017\">Brussels<\/a> the Bruxelles Panth\u00e8res are organizing a conference with the theme: <em>&#8216;<\/em><em>What Belgium owes to Congo&#8217;<\/em>.
